![]() ![]() I ended up separating all the pieces in blender and attaching them together in meshmixer as that was the path of least resistance. Even after going through hell and back on blender to get rid of all the errors when I imported it into meshmixer or Cura the model doesn't look like it is supposed to: pieces are not properly connected, there are holes in the middle of the piece. I tried to do a model on blender based on a 2d image (import as an SVG), I added some items and it was a complete nightmare. I want to preface the following that I am a complete noob at blender and have done a tutorial or two and that's about it and mostly Google is my go to when trying to do something. I have made 3 functional prints with freeCad and while I am not an expert or even proficient by any means, things just print as they are supposed to! I have had my primer for about 2 years and I would like to start making my own 3d models.
